Day 1 of Tour de Fleece. I spent pretty much the whole day spinning... just felt like a day that needed it. I finished the @hipstrings advent I was spinning on the Jenkins Lark. After I finish the @inglenookfibers advent I'll pull out the next advent day's fiber. Spun a layer of Just Riding Along on my Magpie V2. Made two trips to the mailbox spinning Sunflower Fields by @fossilfibers on an @Akerworks Mixy Spindle. Last project of the day was the TdF Gradient by @fossilfibers on Dandillion the Starling V3FP. The blues of this gradient are absolutely brilliant and look incredible with the yellow of the wheel. The Blue/Green woven textile was made by Christina Ylla Ccallisea of Chahuaytire. The natural-colored Alpaca spindle bag was made by Lourdes Chira Gutierrez of Accha Alta. The naturally dyed Canoa bag was made by Yenny Cusihuaman Huallpayunca of Chinchero. All were purchased through @abbysyarns / @centro_textiles_cusco. #igspinnersinspiration #wemakeyarn #spinnersoftheworld #tourdefleece #tourdefleece2022 #tdf2022 #TeamAkerworks2022 #twftdf2022 #fossilfiberstdf22 #Akerworks #jenkinsturkishspindle #threewatersfarm #fossilfibers #hipstrings #inglenookfibers #daedalusspinningwheels #daedalusmagpie #daedalusstarling
