Resuming my Yellow Lotus walk to the mailbox spin. Skies were blue and in the 50’s which makes for a nice casual walk to the mailbox rather than a super bundled rush to the box and back to get back to the warmth of the indoors. It’s hard to pick a favorite out of my @akerworks spindles but this one always makes me smile. It’s such a beautiful spinner, the yellow is such a happy color, and the shimmer of the BBs is so pretty. Hooray for a new background! I’ve been looking for something like this one for quite awhile. This has been my main spin project so far this year. I’m participating in the “Roll Call” challenge in the Jenkins Ravelry group which is to spin 25 grams between the 1st and 15th.
