And now for something completely different than I normally post! @81lenchik / @thestylishknot inspired me earlier to dig out my earliest fiber creativity I have. I think I started making these friendship bracelets back in middle school and revisited them later in high school making these wider ones. The rainbow themed one I likely made in high school never finished. The finished bracelet I made during a fiber arts class in university. I was creating a replica of a bracelet a friend of mine gave me a long time ago. It was more complex than any others I had seen before. I still have the original but I haven’t seen it in a long time. It still may be packed away. I started making these well before I got into fiber arts and now I’m inspired to revisit this creativity and see how with everything I know now how I could make something even better. I’m thinking of spinning some silk on my Sparrow rather than using embroidery floss. Oh the possibilities. Thank you so much Lena for inspiring me to dig these out. ❤️ #friendshipbracelets #macrame #dmcembroidery #knottedbracelet #handmadebracelets #handmadebracelet #macramebracelet
